Smart Padel Hotel is a four-star hospitality project under development in Caldas da Rainha, designed as an integrated tourism, sports, wellbeing and performance destination.

The project comprises 48 accommodation units, nine covered padel courts, spa and wellness facilities, a swimming pool, gym, performance and recovery areas, restaurant, bar, and meeting and event spaces.
Located in Portugal’s Oeste region, the project benefits from proximity to destinations such as Óbidos, Peniche, Nazaré and the Atlantic coast, together with good access to Lisbon. The surrounding territory offers a diverse tourism proposition, national and international demand, and strong potential for experiences linked to sport, nature, gastronomy and wellbeing.
