Growth in total overnight stays in August 2025 – Highlighting the United States and Canadian markets.
The tourist accommodation sector recorded an increase in guests (+0.9%) and overnight stays (+1.1%) in August 2025, generating more total revenue and room revenue (+6.5% and +5.5%, respectively).
Residents contributed to the growth in overnight stays, with an increase of 4.1% (+6.9% in July).
In August, among the top 10 source markets in terms of overnight stays, the United States stood out with growth of 9.8%, followed by Canada (+8.5%).
