Rules for dissemination of opportunities<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Any entity may request the disclosure of opportunities on the Portal, by submitting the appropriate form available after user registration on the Portal. The basic rules of admission are as follows:<\/p>


a) The user must demonstrate its legitimacy to disclose the opportunity, attaching at the time of submission of the opportunity disclosure form, the caderneta predial and the permanent certificate of the land registry of the associated property. Should the user not be the owner of the asset to be disclosed, the user must also attach a document where the owner legitimizes the user to disclose the asset;<\/p>


b) As the intention of this Portal is to disclose the investment opportunities at an international level, in addition to the descriptive text of the opportunity in Portuguese language introduced in the form, the user must attach, when submitting the form for disclosure of the opportunity, the descriptive text of the opportunity in English language;<\/p>


c) Public entities may submit opportunities relating to assets of any nature and status, provided that they are allocated to tourism activities or are intended to be allocated to tourism;<\/p>


d) Private entities may submit opportunities relating to assets allocated to the development of tourism activities, or intended to be allocated to tourism, associated with tourism enterprises, local accommodation establishments exclusively in the form of accommodation establishments, entertainment activities and catering establishments, whether or not they are in operation;<\/p>


e) the information provided on the assets to be advertised, as well as their images, shall be of good quality and illustrative of the characteristics of the assets, including their surroundings, and of the tourism development potential of the territory in which they are located.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Property rights<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAll contents of the Site, including, but not limited to, text, photographs, images, illustrations, trademarks and advertising, are protected by Copyright and Related Rights, and may not be used outside the Site without the prior written consent of Turismo de Portugal, I.P.. Notwithstanding the above, the user may download or copy the contents of the Portal strictly for personal use.\nIt is expressly forbidden to use the Portal for illegal purposes or for purposes that may be considered unworthy of the image of Turismo de Portugal, I.P.. Usurpation, counterfeiting, use of usurped or counterfeit content, illegitimate identification, and unfair competition are criminally punishable. Turismo de Portugal. I.P. undertakes to make all necessary efforts to maintain the normal operation of this Portal, with the availability and continuity possible given the existing technical means, adopting, at all times, the best international practices generally used in the sector, particularly with regard to security and ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of visitors\/users, also avoiding, by all possible means, the existence of viruses or other harmful elements that may cause changes in the visitor\/user’s computer system. Notwithstanding the stated commitment, Turismo de Portugal. I.P. cannot guarantee, and therefore declines its liability for damages caused by interruptions, malfunctions or deficiencies in the functioning of the Portal services. Likewise, Turismo de Portugal, LP. cannot guarantee that the Portal will always function correctly, or that it will be free at all times from viruses or other harmful elements that may damage or cause changes to the visitor\/user’s computer system, electronic documents or files, and is in no way responsible for any possible damage or losses caused.<\/p>
