The Conselheiro Branco Palace stands out from the house that surrounds it, due to its neoclassical facades, of Neopaladian tradition, whose model resides in the building of the old English trading post in Oporto, built in 1785. This palace, which was intended to rival the palace Neighbor of the Counts of Maiorca, was built for the residence of Roberto de Oliveira Lopes Branco, judge of Figueira da Foz and great promoter of Masonry.
Its construction should go back to the last decades of the nineteenth century. The year 1884 has been designated as a possible date for the beginning of the work.
