EY European Attractiveness Survey – Portugal remains in the Top 10 for Foreign Investment
According to the latest EY European Attractiveness Survey, Portugal attracted 186 cross-border investment projects in 2025, securing 9th place among the top 15 European destinations.
Portugal’s performance demonstrates remarkable resilience, contrasting favorably with significantly sharper declines seen in Europe’s top three recipient economies.
Portugal’s ability to secure nearly 200 projects during a year of European-wide downturn highlights the maturity of its ecosystem and the structural attractiveness of the national economy.
